Reporting directly to the Chair of the Board, the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the organization including the development and ongoing refinement of organization strategy, structure, product development, client relations and other organization-wide growth and evolution initiatives. In collaboration with the senior leadership team in Prince George, the CEO will lead, coach and develop a small, specialized technical and support team. He/she will take an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach to understand healthcare needs, trends and regulations; create long term partnerships which will benefit the industry as a whole; set goals and manage performance for the team; and steer the organization through the successful modernization of its solution delivery model.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 10 years of related technology product development and technical team leadership experience within a software environment where data management software is sold to a highly-specialized client base, ideally within the healthcare sector; and where the individual has identified opportunities and achieved significant growth and expansion. Experience developing web based, SAS model solutions that are scalable is essential. Besides this, he/she has a strategic leadership orientation with highly developed communication skills, presentation skills, relationship development abilities, and a proven track record in building an engaged and motivated team.
