Job Summary:
As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for executing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food on the line. You will be expected to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety, while contributing to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to corporate specifications, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards.
- Maintain food quality by following recipe specifications and presentation guidelines.
- Handle food while adhering to sanitation standards, including proper food storage and safety protocols.
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of your work environment to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen.
- Set up and restock service stations, ensuring all necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment are available for the team.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation and service.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
Food Safe, Level 1
First Aid Level 1, preferred but not mandatory
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a strong team player mentality.
