The Solution Consulting teamâ€™s goal at Traction Complete (TCT) is to win the technical recommendation during the sales cycle while partnering with Account Executives. As a Solutions Consultant
, you accomplish this through aligning TCT capabilities to the prospectâ€™s business needs with an inquisitive and prescriptive approach. You will help to ensure a smooth transition from pre- to post-sales through detailed scoping and collaboration with our Product and Implementation teams.
More specifically your responsibilities will include:
â€¢ Provides primarily pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions.
â€¢ Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
â€¢ Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions
â€¢ Works with the sales team in responding to RFPs and Security Questionnaires.
â€¢ Uses value-based consulting to articulate the Traction Complete solution to key decision makers in a prospect company or organization.
â€¢ Develops a scalable framework focused on Results for discovery and scoping
â€¢ Exceeds annual sales targets.
â€¢ Continuously optimizes product by partnering with our sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams

Tractionites come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people from non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, we find people are successful in this role when they have:
â€¢ 5+ years solution consulting experience or relevant work experience
â€¢ Bachelorâ€™s degree in business, finance, or related fields.
â€¢ Project Management, Implementation Consultant experience a plus.
â€¢ Deep familiarity and experience with the Salesforce CRM (administration, installation and customization)Experience working with lead management and complex account hierarchies (deduplication, matching, assignment and routing, response management, reporting, account hierarchies, custom hierarchies)
â€¢ Deep knowledge and experience of data enrichment providers (ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, etc.)
â€¢ Experience selling into B2B Enterprise Companies
â€¢ Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills, including building compelling value-driven presentations.
â€¢ Ability to gather complex requirements and work with a team to design a solution.
