Responsibilities

We are looking for a personal assistant for one of our executives. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Manage the calendar

  • Plan logistics for personal and family events

  • Implement logistics plans, including picking up and dropping off family members, preparing related documentation and shopping for personal items

  • Make travel arrangements

  • Undertake ad hoc tasks

Hours of work from 10:30am to 6:30pm.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License and a clean driving record

  • Non-smoker

  • 3+ years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar executive support role

Soft Skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work calmly and independently in a stressful environment

  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing circumstances
