We are looking for a reliable individual working directly for the President of an insurance agency. You will be responsible for providing executive and personal support. You should be able to communicate effectively and write well.


  • To assist and take care of personal matters of the president
  • Act as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Manage and organize meetings and appointments
  • Manage travel arrangements (Booking flight ticket and accommodation etc.)
  • Event organizing
  • Compile and prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations and correspondence


  • An aptitude for computer programs and apps
  • Superior communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently
  • High level of integrity and ethics
  • Highly professional in attitude and appearance
  • Positive attitude
  • Be able to communicate in Chinese would be an asset
