The mission of the Talent Management Department is to build engaged teams to achieve our business objectives


As the leader of the Talent Management department, you will lead and motivate the team responsible for cultivating a a passionate, integrated environment to motivate and elevate our people to their highest potential. You will play a pivotal role as the strategic partner for all matters related to people, shaping and driving the success of talent strategies and programs to align with Aritzias culture and objectives. And, with people at the heart of everything you do, you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia"while enjoying one yourself.


As the Vice President, Talent Management, you will:
  • Strategize and influence the design, development and implementation of talent lifecycle programs
  • Establish the standard to design for the right people, in the right roles at the right time, and in the right quantity
  • Lead the team to guide partners in acquiring the best talent for today and tomorrow
  • Drive the strategy to accelerate the cultural integration and productivity of our people
  • Drive the strategy and successful execution of performance and potential assessments to inform quality people decisions
  • Drive initiatives and strategies to develop our people for high performance
  • Drive strategic initiatives to connect with our people and understand how to motivate them
  • Lead the team to drive retention of top talent through wages, education and opportunity
  • Lead the team to ensure smooth transitions
  • Lead the team to ensure fair and consistent practices are conducted to manage incidents
  • Collaborate with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
