As the leader of the Retail Talent department, you will lead and motivate the team responsible for cultivating a passionate, integrated environment to motivate and elevate our people to their highest potential. As the Vice President, Retail Talent, you will play a pivotal role as the strategic leader of all people matters to establish and drive effective retail talent strategies and programs to support the growth of a dynamic, high-performing, geographically dispersed Retail business. As the Vice President, Retail Talent, you will:
¢ Strategize and influence the design, development and implementation of retail talent lifecycle programs
¢ Establish the standard to design for the right people, in the right roles at the right time, and in the right quantity
¢ Lead the team to guide partners in acquiring the best talent for today and tomorrow
¢ Drive the strategy to accelerate the cultural integration and productivity of our people
¢ Drive the strategy and successful execution of performance and potential assessments to inform quality people decisions
¢ Establish and drive strategic initiatives to develop our people for high performance
¢ Establish and drive strategic initiatives to connect with our people and understand how to motivate them
¢ Set the direction and lead the team to drive retention of top talent through wages, education and opportunity
¢ Lead the team to ensure smooth transitions
¢ Lead the team to ensure fair and consistent practices are conducted to manage incidents
¢ Collaborate with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
