As the Specialist, Supply Chain L&D Deliver, you will support with accelerating the cultural integration and productivity of our Supply Chain teams by delivering and driving effective learning experiences. As the Specialist, Supply Chain L&D Delivery , you will:
  • Support with onboarding and training new learning leaders, ensuring they continuously deliver high quality training sessions in their areas of expertise
  • Support with delivering and facilitating clear and engaging training sessions that drive learning outcomes and provide a world-class learner experience
  • Support with delivering informal coaching and feedback on the job to support increased learning outcomes and ensure the right learning resources are accessible
  • Provide Retail leadership with tools and best practices to drive and own the development of their people


The Specialist, Supply Chain L&D Deliver has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
