As the Senior Manager, Instructional Design, you will lead the team responsible for producing high quality, specialized training solutions to maximize learning outcomes for Aritzia University programs and resources. As the Senior Manager, Instructional Design, you will lead the team to:
¢ Partner with the business to identify clear learning outcomes for training
¢ Design the optimal training experience to ensure the solution maximizes learning and business needs
¢ Evaluate the learning objectives to determine the most effective, efficient and engaging modality for delivery
¢ Determine the structural components for each modality to organize and reinforce learning topics
¢ Lead the construction of training modalities to ensure the intended learning experience is achieved
¢ Lead the development of detailed components to ensure that the intended learning experience is achieved
¢ Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
