The mission of the People & Culture Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

This is a unique opportunity to join the team responsible for ensuring the most effective and efficient performance of People & Culture functions in Retail by defining, upholding, and improving the standards of operational excellence. As the Senior Director, People Integration, Retail, you will play a pivotal role in championing the seamless execution of key Retail cross-functional programs and functions through effective operational management of people, process, technology, reporting, and space. As the Senior Director, People Integration, Retail, you will lead the team:
  • Facilitate the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of People & Culture related initiatives in Retail
  • Ensure the most important programs are executed perfectly and continuously improved, including our performance review cycle and talent pipeline programs
  • Project manage or be the Business Lead on cross-functional Retail initiatives
  • Seamlessly manage People & Culture related needs for Retail sales events and new space openings
  • Integrate new People & Culture infrastructure into and out of the Retail Division, and represent P&C interests cross-functionally
  • Ensure People & Culture tools and space are accessible, functional, organized, and clean to support business needs
  • Provide business-driven, simple, and relevant information to the Retail Division through targeted communications


The Senior Director, People Integration, Retail has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications to perform in the role, including:
    • Experience in a similar Human Resources operational role
