As the member of the Learning & Development Department, you will be part of the team responsible for providing best-in-class, business driven learning and development offerings for our people. As the Senior Director, L&D Retail Delivery, you will lead and motivate the team responsible for accelerating the cultural integration and productivity of our people by delivering and driving effective learning experiences. As an experienced Learning & Development professional, you are a strategic partner to Retail stakeholders, driving the success and continuous improvement of Retail Academy programs and courses; propelling the L&D brand as a valued support partner to the business by providing strategic, practical and effective solutions to retail learning needs. As the Senior Director, L&D Retail Delivery, you will:
¢ Lead the team to effectively deliver and facilitate training sessions to drive learning outcomes
¢ Lead the team to identify and train effective learning leaders to support delivery needs as needed
¢ Lead the team to validate learner attendance and drive successful enrollment
¢ Lead the team to connect learners with the right learning resources and support partners
¢ Lead the team to assess and communicate insightful training feedback to drive continuous improvement
¢ Support continuous improvement of Retail training solutions to address learning needs
¢ Lead the team in supporting onboarding with Talent to understand and drive onboarding objectives
¢ Lead the team to support performance improvement by escalating learning opportunities to the right partners and providing the right learning resources
¢ Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
