Our HR Information Management team supports our people through centralizing and delivering people information.

As the HRIM Administrator, you will be part of the team responsible for our people systems and data. The combination of your internal customer service outlook and data-focused work ethic will allow you to support your business partners with accurate and timely information about our people.

As the HRIM Administrator, you will:
¢ Maintain data accuracy and integrity in all the relevant Human Resources Information Systems
¢ Ensure system maintenance through audit controls, testing and always keeping an eye on what we can improve
¢ Prepare and ensure all key reports for Retail HRIM are up to date and available
¢ Prepare regular reporting such as weekly dashboards, as well as supporting ad hoc requests
¢ Provide incredible service as a trusted and valued partner to the business
¢ Support special projects and events as well as during Retail Peak periods

The HRIM Administrator has:
¢ Minimum Bachelors Degree
¢ Proven experience in HRIM administration
¢ Demonstrated ability to provide exception service and support
¢ The passion to build, develop and grow!
