As the Senior Manager, Campus Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with key cross-functional partners to propel Aritzia's employment brand to attract and secure top talent while upholding and continually improving standards of operational excellence. As the Sr. Manager, Campus Recruitment, you will:
  • Facilitate the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of Talent Program priorities and initiatives, with a special focus on Campus Recruitment
  • Be the main point of contact for school partnerships, building and maintaining relationships with campus representatives and internal departments to support program objectives
  • Ensure program priorities are executed perfectly and continuously improved through effective management of quality, timelines, partners, financials, processes, and tools
  • Lead the development and seamless execution of talent program events
  • Integrate new People & Culture infrastructure into and out of Talent Programs, and represent program interests cross-functionally
  • Provide business-driven, simple, and relevant information to the Retail Division through targeted communications


The Sr. Manager, Campus Recruitment, has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications to perform in the role, including:
    • Experience in campus recruitment and program management
