The mission of the People & Culture Integration Department is to empower the collective success of the P&C division by streamlining business operations and driving effectiveness across day-to-day business priorities and initiatives.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our People & Culture Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to join the team responsible for ensuring the most effective and efficient performance of People & Culture functions. As the Senior Manager, Campus Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with key cross-functional partners to propel Aritzia's employment brand to attract and secure top talent while upholding and continually improving standards of operational excellence. THE ROLE

As the Sr. Manager, Campus Recruitment, you will:
  • Facilitate the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of Talent Program priorities and initiatives, with a special focus on Campus Recruitment
  • Be the main point of contact for school partnerships, building and maintaining relationships with campus representatives and internal departments to support program objectives
  • Ensure program priorities are executed perfectly and continuously improved through effective management of quality, timelines, partners, financials, processes, and tools
  • Lead the development and seamless execution of talent program events
  • Integrate new People & Culture infrastructure into and out of Talent Programs, and represent program interests cross-functionally
  • Provide business-driven, simple, and relevant information to the Retail Division through targeted communications


THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. Manager, Campus Recruitment, has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications to perform in the role, including:
    • Experience in campus recruitment and program management
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
