Aritzia is growing, and our Learning & Development team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for providing best-in-class, business driven learning and development offerings for our people. As the Senior Manager, Retail L&D Design, you will be responsible for designing and producing high quality, specialized training solutions to maximize learning outcomes for Aritzia's Retail Academy. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager, Learning Design , you will:
  • Determine the most effective and engaging learning modalities to train our Retail teams
  • Manage the application of design assets to increase the impact of training content
  • Oversee the composition of screenplays and storyboards that structure, sequence, and detail training components to direct the construction of the learning experience
  • Build, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs at the highest quality to support business objectives and achieve the intended experience for our Retail teams
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience


THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager, Learning Design has:
  • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
