As the Analyst, Compensation, you will support in activities to:
  • Determine wage guidelines and contribute to developing recommendations to the business, while supporting in efforts to action changes and optimizations to drive performance with competitive compensation
  • Determine allowance guidelines, escalate opportunities for program improvement and contribute to delivering effective recommendations to the business to support professional needs
  • Establish bonus guidelines and recommendations to incentivize, recognize and reward results and commitments
  • Support in establishing equity program eligibility and offerings to drive and reward long term business performance
  • Successfully execute all compensation programs by continuously improving people, process, technology and tools
