Payroll Administrator - New Westminster - 2 month contract
Payroll Administrator needed in New Westminster (1 month contract)
We have an opening for a self-motivated Payroll & Benefits Administrator to assist the company's Finance department. The successful candidate will report to the Payroll Manager and work alongside two other payroll administrators.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare payroll for 1200 employees between the 3 payroll administrators
Prepare headcount analysis, employee lists and other reports as required
Act as payroll contact for staff
Maintain benefits and act as a benefits contact for staff
Education, Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of Canadian payroll and Revenue Canada filings
Experience with payroll for 200+ employees a must
Knowledge of Kronos Workforce is an asset but not required
