We have a full-time Payroll and Benefits lead role that starts as soon as possible with our Vancouver client.  The position will initially be a Remote work from home situation, with an expected transitioning into the office  50% of the time.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • At least 5 years’ related experience
  • Full cycle hands-on payroll experience or recent work as a Payroll Analyst
  • Good organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience with creating reports in Excel and accurate data entry skills
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Standards Act
  • Payroll certification or designation would be an asset


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle payroll including entering payroll information into the HRMS system and adding new employees
  • Pension and benefits administration
  • Oversee specific benefits such as holiday pay, maternity/paternity leaves, retirement benefits, etc.
  • Create reports in Excel
