Job duties: Plan, organize, implement, and manage projects to ensure economical, safe, and effective use of materials, energy, and people. Manage and lead operations and area managers to correct quality defects and effect process efficiencies to improve customer experience. Perform capacity planning and analysis. Assess and optimize processes and equipment. Recommend changes to work methods and labor standards that increase operational efficiency and safety. Drive Kaizen projects using Lean Process Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies and other statistical decision-making tools to increase efficiency within processes and meet minimum financial thresholds. Work closely with support staff (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives. Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network.
Salary Range: $99,700 to $166,500/yr, commensurate with experience

Basic Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
1) Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field plus one year of experience in the job offered or related occupations of Technical Manager, Management Consultant, Engineering Specialist, or another related occupation
2) 2 years of management experience (salaried workforce or program management) in a Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution or related environment/operations
3) 2 years of experience using Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics
4) 1 year of cross-functional coordination experience across different business units and experience conducting qualitative/quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross functional initiatives.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and two years of experience.
