Part-Time Receptionist

Are you looking for part-time temporary work in Burnaby with a respectful, friendly, family-feel environment?  Our client, a large distribution company,  is looking for a Receptionist to handle a long-term temporary assignment that starts January 20th until April 2nd. 

The hours are 7:30 am to 12:00 pm, M-F and a vehicle is best to access the location. 

Duties include answering the phones in a professional, courteous manner, sorting and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, making courier arrangements, typing correspondence and assisting the Customer Service team with basic data entry. 

You have a positive, outgoing personality, love to help out where you can and take pride in your customer service skills!  Dress code is “smart” business casual.
