Part-Time Office Assistant

This opportunity is ideal for a part-time student with previous office experience, particularly someone who anticipates completing their course within the next two years. At that point, this position will transition into full-time employment, providing a clear path for career advancement.

What You’ll Do

• Manage incoming emails, mails and faxes
• Scan and file various documents and forms
• Proofread outgoing correspondence
• Manage and maintain client information in database, create reports as needed
• Gather necessary documents for Board meetings
• Other miscellaneous administrative duties as required

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of office experience
• Strong computer proficiency including experience with MS Office
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• A team player mentality with the ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Fantastic organizational skills
