Busy office in downtown New Westminster is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide support in a number of areas.
Initially, during your training and orientation process you will be working full-time hours but the position will become a 20-24 hour a week job after that. You must be flexible though in regard to additional hours as they would like you to be available for vacation coverage relief of various administrative assistant positions within the organization from time to time.
Candidates must have current office skills and experience including 60 wpm accurate typing, strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and excellent attention to detail.
Duties include general typing of correspondence and reports, updating records, reception relief, preparing contracts, filing and mailroom duties.
You are a logical thinker with good problem-solving skills, who has the ability to follow instructions and prioritize your workload.
