We have a great opportunity with a fantastic company in Richmond for an outgoing Customer Service Order Entry person, with at least one year's relevant experience.  We are looking for a friendly, proactive person with a strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and a high level of attention to detail.


  • Process orders over the phone, and by email and fax.
  • Daily order entry into the Sage ACCPAC ERP system.
  • Assist customers with quotes and order tracking.
  • Assist with processing credit cards, updating customer records.
  • Send out samples/letters to customers
  • General office duties as required.


  • At least one year's experience in an order entry / customer service role
  • Ability to work in a team and independently as well as with minimal supervision.
  • Current BC Driver's license
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)
  • Mandatory ability to communicate clearly in Englidh
  • Shipping and order tracking asset.
