Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Oracle Cloud Senior Project Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading the delivery of business led , technology - enabled Oracle ERP transformation programs, using agile design, development and implementation methodologies
• Defining, monitoring and delivering on project scope, schedule, and budget by understanding the business goals and the client's statement of work
• Developing work plans, managing deadlines, and coordinating project team and sub-team activities to ensure successful on- time delivery
• Identifying and managing project dependencies, resources, risks and critical path
• Providing team leads with guidance and recommendations on project direction, priority, resource allocation, and scheduling
• Managing all aspects of project budgets and change requests
• Contributing as a team leader by managing diverse teams of motivated and talented individuals, contributing to their development and helping them reach their potential via formal and informal coaching
• Leading and contributing to business development activities, writing and presenting of proposals, responding to RFPs, and developing the firm ' s Oracle methodologies and assets
• Managing 3 rd party and offshore resources

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Proven years of experience in large-scale complex ERP project management, business transformations, and systems implementation. At least five full life cycles of Oracle project management experience , including managing multiple Oracle Cloud engagements for complex client organizations.
• In-depth project management experience leading the planning, execution, and delivery Oracle Cloud engagements from project launch to closure, with team size exceeding 30 team members
• Experience managing Oracle Cloud cross-pillar engagements (ERP with HCM, or ERP with Cx ), and s olid knowledge of Oracle Cloud methodolog ies
• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
• PwC's P roject M anagers have a high visibility among internal leadership and client stakeholders hence prior experience in effective and regular communication, including status and project vision, to all stakeholders is a must
• Effective communication that appreciates the nuances between technical and non - technical audiences. Demonstrated experience communicating effectively to senior client stakeholders and executives
• Experience working in the Government, Healthcare and Public Sector is considered an asset
• Strong written and oral communication skills, combined with quality mindset , to lead complex RFP responses for large Oracle Cloud engagements
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification/experience is highl y desired

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $218,000 . The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres . Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
