Operations Supervisor role in a real estate and development firm in the Retail and Office industry

Your new role
The responsibilities of an Operations Supervisor will involve; providing assistance in the management of efficient operations of a major Shopping and Commercial Centre, Including small project management. Provide regular feedback in the form of status meetings and performance appraisals while managing the activities of all reports to ensure that projects are finished on time and in a good standard. You will hire, train and supervise permanent staff by conducting the hiring process and ensure that all staff complete their goals and targets in compliance with CF standards. You will ensure to order necessary parts and services that are needed to maintain the efficient operation of the daily running of the Centre.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have 5+ years in Physical Operations Management with at least 2 of that in a supervisory role. Experience in a shopping centre, office or mixed use environment is an asset. Minimum of an Engineer 4th Class Certificate, SMA or Building Systems II is needed. Community college, HVAC & other trades are required. High school, general and other programmes are required. Thorough knowledge of General maintenance procedures, plumbing/carpentry skills and up to date with the current technology. Good verbal and written communication skills are also a must.
