Operations Manager needed for a small but awesome team in Burnaby!

This is a family owned Canadian business that deals with products in the architectural industry. They create innovative and beautiful products that keep them at the top of their game. The perfect person for this role is someone who’s not afraid to be hands-on – you’ll be managing a team, but also pitching in with your team in the warehouse, getting your hands dirty. You need to be a leader, someone who can influence and motivate your team. Someone reliable who prides themselves on their organization skills.


  • Shipping/Receiving material
  • Preparing documentation for loading/unloading
  • Organizing the delivery schedule (route planning)
  • Inventory management
  • Quality control
  • Order and data entry into SAP
  • Customer service with clients


  • 5 years of experience in operational and people management, in logistics and warehousing
  • SAP experience
  • Able to operate a forklift
  • Customer service experience
