The mission of the Omni Channel Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering against Aritzia's sales vision across stores, online, and any other channel that we operate in. As the Director of Omni Operations, you will play a pivotal role in executing sales events, working closely with a variety of cross-functional partners such as Retail, eCommerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product to conceptualize and deliver each event seamlessly. As the Director, Omni Operations, you will lead the team to:
  • Facilitate the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resources of work across the department
  • Ensure the most important programs are realized perfectly
  • Project manage or be the Business Lead on cross-functional initiatives
  • Manage and deliver the right sales-generating programs, at the right time, in the right channels
  • Integrate new infrastructure into and out of the department
  • Ensure department tools and support business needs
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
