This is a one-month temporary contract position
with the potential to join us in a permanent role. Reporting to the Supervisor of Customer Order Management, the Office Services Temp assist in handling office services for the Customer Order Management leadership team with general office functions. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to the operational coordination and answer phones.
• Answer the calls of the COM Manager and assist in proper handling of requests and information requested. • Data enter information in various computer systems and business application used by the
department • Perform a variety of support activities including but not limited to clerical activities, organizing
files, and organizing activities as needed.
• 1 year of related work experience as an office service coordinator/administrator in an office environment • Receptionist function in an office environment • Post-secondary education an asset; • Great interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization; • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures;
