Our client, a mid-size downtown law firm, is looking for an ambitious candidate to fill their newly available Office Services Coordinator opportunity. This role is responsible for relief reception and office services coverage during the lunch hour, sick days and vacations. 

The successful applicant will have a minimum 1 year in a professional office environment. Professionalism is of the utmost importance in this role, as well as, the ability to handle a very busy desk. Attention to detail, and a strong work ethic a key to this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phone call professionally and timely
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Organize and run internal and external mail procedures including legal alternative courier procedures;
  • Trial preparation, photocopying, and binder preparation;
  • Organize the storage and retrieval of closed files;
  • Deliver rushed documents to the courthouse;
  • Fill supply requests/stock, organize and tidy supply rooms, photocopy areas, and kitchens;
  • Other administrative duties as required
