Located in the heart of Vancouver, our client is a large full service law firm, who is looking for someone eager to prove their work ethic, and show what they can do. This opportunity will provide the successful applicant with some invaluable experience working in a high-volume, fast paced environment.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Training and scheduling other office services staff
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Liaising with facilities vendors
  • Inter-office mail distribution
  • Managing office supplies
  • Relief reception duties

The successful applicant will have some office experience, and while not required, additional experience in the hospitality/service sector is considered an asset. He or she must also have the ability to lift 50lbs, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
