Some filing, some organizing, some summarizing, some correspondence, some Excel work, some presentations, some meeting organizing, some travel arranging, some minute taking, some letter drafting, and whatever else the office team requires to keep business moving. You’re tied in to a bit of everything, so juggling priorities and keeping extremely diligent in scheduling and completing tasks are going to be pivotal to succeeding in this role.
2 years working with MS Office in a professional setting
Speak, read and write English at a first-language level of fluency
2 years working in an administrative or executive assistant role
