Salary:  $50,000 – $60,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will be a motivate self-starter that can hit the ground running.   Ideally this person will be highly organized, fast working and efficient, with the ability to take on multiple office management tasks. 

 

The key job functions are:

  • Purchasing – maintaining office supply inventory levels and place orders as required.

  • Oversee the office telephone system, messaging updates, employee extension’s and managing phone lists

  • Booking corporate travel as required

  • Manage and monitor office equipment and arrange repairs

  • Serve as the go-to for office inquiries and general office tasks

  • Reception relief when regular staff are away

     

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, independent self-starter who is reliable without minimal supervision and has an appetite for continuous learning.

The following are considered requirements:

  • 10 years’ experience in office management or reception

  • Excellent time management and organization skills

  • Takes personal ownership of their work environment

  • Construction/development office experience preferred

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • $50,000 to $60,000 per annum

  • 2 - 3 weeks’ vacation

  • Dental; extended medical

  • Paramedics (chiro etc)
