Your responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping for two separate but equally exciting businesses - ideally proficient with Quickbooks

  • AR and AP management

  • Internal reporting while working with CRM and accounting aids

  • Job profit reporting

  • Vendor selection

  • Recruiting support and online marketing

  • Process improvement

  • Provide administrative support for the team’s General Manager

  • Asset and Inventory Management

What you bring to the Table

  • 2 plus years working with quickbooks

  • Experience working in a company with revenue between $2-$6M

  • Hardworking and ambitious

  • Detail and task Oriented

  • Solutions focussed and proactive problem Solver.

  • Enjoy the challenge of taking on and completing large projects

  • Passionate about setting and hitting goals
