A busy custom home builder needs a dynamic, out going, and highly organized Office Coordinator. This is a full --time position based in Squamish, Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.
Skills & Experience
-Friendly and professional attitude.
-Highly motivated, efficient, organized and self-starter with well-rounded computer skills.
-Receive all incoming emails, phone calls. Communicate important messages with team members in a timely manner.
- Ability to learn and handle first level contacts with customers via phone and email. Strong, professional letter writing skills.
-Use templates to create client presentations of quotes and estimates with information provided.
-Manage filing systems, create digital backups.
-Assist with basic sales and marketing duties, such as returning messages on social media accounts, and sending marketing materials to clients via emails.
-Scheduling of sales meetings, client site visits, trade shows and important events.
-Update master sales sheet, new contacts, leads and vendor accounts.
-Assist with basic HR duties such as staff scheduling, recording hours, recruitment, management of sensitive records.
-Manage cross border shipping documents, scheduling of shipping partners, prepare and submit required paperwork.
-Manage post office box and mail documents, ship parcels with Purolator/Fed Ex/UPS.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office programs, Skype, Adobe.
-General knowledge of construction would be an asset
-Valid class 5 drivers license, and your own vehicle is an asset, but not required.
We are looking for an Office Coordinator with at least 3 years' experience in an administrative or office coordinator role.
