Office Coordinator/Receptionist

Our client is an established investment firm and they are currently seeking a detail-oriented Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join their supportive, tight-knit and service-driven team.

Location: Fort Langley, BC

  • Complete forms and audit client accounts and files
  • Assist with opening accounts, including RRSPs, TFSAs and corporate accounts
  • Accurately update the CRM
  • Support clients with day-to-day administrative and trade requests
  • Ensure documents and files are completed correctly and in adherence with regulatory requirements
  • Answer all incoming phone calls providing general information to incoming callers and directing calls accordingly
  • Be the first professional point of contact for greeting visitors/clients.
  • Send and receive couriers 
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties, as required
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within the financial services industry in a support capacity
  • Knowledge of registered products, processes, and regulations as it relates to this role is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solver and coordinator to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Professional etiquette
  • Ability to efficiently manage tasks and portray strong organizational skills
  • Results and accuracy oriented
  • Previous experience working individually and as a team
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
