Our client located in Abbotsford is looking for an Office Coordinator this location



Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Office Coordinator is responsible for performing administrative support functions for the Technical Sales and Service departments while ensuring the Office functions at peak efficiency.



  • Must be customer service oriented

  • Ability to work independently in a high paced setting
  • Flexible, adaptable, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Willing to work with minimal supervision 
  • Must be punctual and present oneself in a professional, presentable manner at all times
  • Cross cultural awareness
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality in working with sensitive information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, basic mathematical skills, word processing skills

  • Ability to work cooperatively as a team member

  • Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to direct staff

  • Minimum of 1 year administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills with experience working with spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel
