We are seeking office clerks for temporary positions. Assignments can be as little as 4 hours or long term and full-time. Positions vary from entry level Reception to high level Administrative Assistant.

Duties may include:
Reception, multi-line phone use, scheduling appointments, payroll duties, accounts receivable, accounts payable, filing, and other necessary duties to support an office environment.
*Recent Office Experience
*Polished, professional and personable
*Strong organizational, prioritization skills; attention to detail
*Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a pleasant disposition
*Ability to be proactive, handle simultaneous projects, work independently
*Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
*Strong working knowledge and proficiency utilizing PC based tools (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
