Office Assistant - Vacation Relief

Excel Personnel has been retained by our downtown client in Kamloops, BC to supply their vacation relief for their Office Assistant

  • This position will be responsible for Mail, Courier, Reception 3 line phone, filing, coping, faxing, postage
  • Keeping the office in a clean and managed manner and files files
  • Work with contractors for any inhouse issues
  • Great working knowledge of Word and Excel / Outlook  
  • Able to complete data entry through Excel Spreadsheet
  • Assist walk in clients on all general issues related to membership and company procedures
  • Talking to membership on benefits, getting answers to questions from management that we are not familiar with, so not afraid to ask questions to provide to membership
  • Month end reports to be trained on how to submit to management at month ends
  • All Bank Deposits and Petty Cash is maintained
  • Possibly assisting in writing a newsletter for membership
  • Assist in managing client job board for open positions
  • And any other office related duty as required.
  • Basically using Word, Excel, Outlook, answering 3 line phone system, documents, computer work, fax, copying and scanning of documents
  • Monday to Thursdays 10 hour days
  • $21.00/hr
