Currently seeking Accounts Payable Office administrator

We're currently seeking an Accounts payable - Office administrator for a not for profit organization in the heart of Vancouver! $14-16/hr.

Your new role

  • Assist with Accounts Payable in weekly review, processing of expense claims, invoices and credit card claims
  • Manage the reception area, answering phones, greeting visitors and responding to general inquiries.
  • Handle incoming mail, outgoing mail, couriers and faxes
  • General tasks asked assigned

    What you'll need to succeed
  • You will have a 1-3 years experience in Accounts payable
  • Microsoft office suite experience, Excel and experience with Netsuite, Navision, SAP or Salesforce
  • Professionally presented individual with a friendly, personable attitude
