Our client, a high-scale organization within the construction and building industry is looking for an upbeat and professional Office Administrator to join their friendly team of professionals in Surrey. This is a temporary Maternity Leave position for 18 months from 9 am to 5 pm and will offer a competitive hourly wage based on qualifications and experience. Front desk reception duties such as answering phone calls, filing, faxing and responding to emails
Open and sort mail
Process payments and create new customer accounts
Order office supplies as needed
Other administrative tasks as required
At least 1-2 years’ of experience in an office administrative role or similar role is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional and friendly demeanor
