As the Night Shift Supervisor, you have keyholder responsibilities for accessing the store. You oversee the process for product re-stocking of shelves, maintaining planograms, promo planners, price changes, ad set-up and general cleaning and maintenance. You are responsible for the efficient operation of the shift, following to loss prevention policies and maintaining our standards for store appearance, presentation and condition.
• Ensure store is merchandised to maximize sales, clean and organized and ready for operation after each night shift. • Action procedures to maintain presentation standards, including current pricing, signage, planograms, promotional planners, ad set-ups and displays. • Ensure products are down stocked and products are moved from receiving to appropriate sales floor locations. • Promote and maintain a safe working environment. • Conditions of the work environment are such that minor stress or physical discomfort may occur. • Exposure to moderately disagreeable levels of noise generated by the copy equipment and the ringing of the telephone and internal paging system. • Required to work a varying work schedule in order to meet the needs of the business.
