New Homeowner Customer Care Coordinator - Multi-Family Residential

Location: Vancouver

Industry: Construction and Development

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000

Are you a Customer Care Coordinator looking to work for one of Vancouver’s top developers?

As towers are completed and home owners move in, developers are turning more and more to having an in house Customer Care Coordinator. What sets this particular company apart is the number of continuous projects and on the go and a busy future. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will have both job stability and ongoing growth as more projects are completed.

If you have any questions about this opportunity, please contact Alex Davidson at 604.689.867 extension 223 for more information.

This developer’s competitive advantage is their land holdings and long term plans for the future. They have recently opened several towers/communities throughout the Vancouver area and will be continuing to grow over time. What does that mean for you? - Stability in employment and the chance to take on more responsibility over time.

Reporting to a Customer Care Manager and VP of Construction, your role as Customer Care Coordinator will be to look after the home hand-over process for a brand new tower in a masterplan community. This role will expand as more projects are completed and residents begin to move into their new homes. Here is a list of duties:

  • Taking new home-owners through the handover process and settling them in (issuing key fobs, providing tours of the common property, etc.)
  • Walking new home-owners through the BC Home Warranty Program
  • Creating final deficiencies lists for final touch-ups before move in

  • 3+ years of experience in a Construction Customer Service role for a Developer
  • Strong experience and understanding of the Vancouver multi-family residential construction market
  • Developed ability to notice deficiencies and manage repairs
  • Familiarity dealing with new homeowners and an empathetic approach

  • $45,000 - $50,000
  • Fully paid for extended medical and dental benefits
  • MSP paid
  • 2-3 weeks’ vacation to start
  • RRSP matching potential
