What you will do:

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be leading our national Canadian sales team selling Metasoft’s fundraising software to non-profits and charities in North America and meeting the team's new business acquisition objectives.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Hire, train, mentor, coach, and retain top sales talent
  • Inspire and grow your sales team through leading by examples and building a positive team spirit
  • Meet and exceed team sales quota by monitoring sales KPIs, forecasting, fine-tuning sales processes, and ensuring consistency of sales metrics among the team
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings, pipeline reviews and execute effective sales strategies

  • An expert in leading high performance sales teams in a consultative selling environment
  • Proven success exceeding sales objectives and excellent solution selling, objection handling, closing skills
  • A passionate and inspiring sales leader who mentors, coaches, motivates and supports the team using a hands-on approach
  • Experience/knowledge in the non-profit and/or fundraising environment a plus
  • Most importantly, a passion for helping sales teams and clients succeed
