Mortgage and Banking Investment Administrator for Fantastic Team in Langley, Spectacular Offices, Long-Term Opportunity!

 

Our client, a long-standing professional firm, is looking for an Investment Administrator to join their busy team. This person will assist the management team by providing guidance to clients directly and support to the team. This is a dynamic and forward thinking team who pride themselves on their personalized service and inviting work culture. Responsibilities:

 

-          Meeting with clients and assisting with new accounts

-          Completing investment forms and documentation

-          Processing investment purchases in internal system

-          Handling all client investment information

-          Providing general administrative support to senior investment team

-          Issuing cheques / deposits / online banking

-          Administrative duties (faxing, filing, mail sorting, cheque deliveries)

-          Processing of spreadsheets

-          Investment Accounting would be a nice to have

-           

 

As the ideal candidate for this position you have a minimum of five years of former retail banking experience in both mortgages and mutual funds. You also possess solid knowledge of securities, finance, mortgages and investments. As this role will also require a great deal of administrative work you have strong organization skills and are proficient in MS Office programs and knowledge of Simply Accounting would be nice. We are looking for a pleasant personality, good sense of humor, engaging manner, and exceptional customer service skills. This is a great role for someone who enjoys liaising with clients and being a part of a family-like business!
