Work in a multidisciplinary team as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker!
In this role, you will assist residents with mental, developmental, and/or physical disabilities to live successfully in their community. When you work with the Mental Health team, you will help implement appropriate psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) and recovery plans to meet the residents' needs.
To join our team you have:
•Successful completion of a recognized Health Care Support Worker and/or Social Services Diploma •First Aid/CPR and Food Safe Certificates •A class V driver's license with access to a personal vehicle for business use
