We are looking to hire a full-time, permanent front desk receptionist / medical office assistant to join our team.
Dr. Barnsley and his cosmetic surgery team provide premier cosmetic surgery care to patients on Vancouver Island. We are located in central Vancouver Island in the seaside community of Nanaimo. Our clinic is expanding and as a result we need another team member. We are looking to hire someone excited to join our existing team of professionals that provide exceptional patient care.

Someone with Medical Office experience, responsibilities and duties is preferred
Telephone and front desk reception experience is a must
The ability to function or learn in an electronic medical records environment is essential
Appointment booking experience with an eye for detail and problem solving is necessary
Responsibilities and Duties
• Telephone and front desk reception
• Ability to function in an electronic medical records environment
• Appointment booking, customer service
• A broad knowledge of both cosmetic surgical procedures and the many treatment options or willingness to learn.
• Invoicing and receiving payment for services
• Data entry and chart maintenance
• General administrative duties as needed
