Salary:  $70,000 - $80,000 

Location:  Vancouver

Looking for a fast paced position with one of the newest facilities in the lower mainland?


One of our top clients is looking for a Mechanical Superintendent to lead ground operations of a brand new facility. This is a role for a leader who likes working with a young, bright team on a high-profile project.




One of the world’s leaders in energy and facilities management, this company has made its mark on Canadian soil with well built, innovative projects. They have recently secured a very long term contract which will mean work to come for decades.




As a Mechanical Superintendent, your role will be to look after mechanical operations of a major facility in Surrey. You will help create preventative maintenance schedules, coordinate projects and lead a team of in-house tradespeople.


Some notes about the position:


  • A facility of over 1 million sq. ft.
  • Brand new mechanical systems in place
  • A trades team of 20 people
  • Stable, Monday to Friday position




  • A valid mechanical trades ticket (Red Seal Millwright, Red Seal Electrical, Red Seal HVAC or 4th Class Power Engineering)
  • 5 years working in real estate management and maintenance
  • Previous experience leading teams




  • $70,000 - $80,000 annually
  • Fully covered extended medical and dental
  • Paid MSP
  • Paid Overtime
  • Pension
  • RRSP Matching to 5%
  • Phone Allowance
  • 3 weeks vacation
