About the Opportunity
Currently, Division 15 has an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Foreman to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will see you working around Vancouver.
As our new Mechanical Foreman, you'll be responsible for managing the field assets of workers, material and equipment to ensure timely and proper completion of projects. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll also provide technical assistance to field staff and coordinate project requirements with the Project Manager and Coordinator, the BIM Designer, the Fabrication Shop, and all other team members. This role will be key to success in meeting and exceeding the company's goals for service, honesty and reliability.

More About You
In order to qualify for this role, you will join us with a Plumbing Ticket combined with at least 7 years of mechanical construction experience. This related experience would include a minimum of 3 years in a Foreman or Site Superintendent position. You will also have experience in reading Blueprint and contract specifications as well as experience in managing a team of journeypersons and apprentices. Finally, you will own a class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean abstract.
As our ideal candidate for this role, you'll have a solid knowledge of mechanical room, water treatment and/or district energy piping. You'll take responsibility to safely execute the work in a prompt and efficient manner by demonstrating excellent leadership, mentoring and communication skills. Your professionalism, along with your organized mindset, time management and problem-solving skills, will ensure your success in delivering quality workmanship while keeping the team motivated.
