Mechanical Contracting Estimator: Harvey 1757
We are currently looking for a ticketed plumber with 4 to 5 years plus of working experience, who is looking to get out of working with their tools, or an injured mechanical tradesman, who would like to become an estimator for a mechanical contractor. Training will be available for the right candidates.

Reporting directly to Senior Management, you will responsible for preparing mechanical tenders, and interpreting related documents. This will include the full scope of commercial and institutional projects including plumbing, piping and HVAC systems.

To be successful in this role you must have significant industry experience, and as a mechanical estimator for plumbing, heating, and HVAC, including the preparation of commercial and institutional contracting bids. You will have highly developed skills in reading mechanical blueprints, and interpreting their specifications.
The successful candidate will be a high energy self-motivated independent individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can work under pressure.
