ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with dealership objectives and Porsche Canada brand standards.
  • Lead marketing initiatives across Sales, Service, Parts, Accessories, and Customer Experience.
  • Manage the dealership's digital presence, including social media, website content, email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.
  • Plan and execute premium customer events, vehicle launches, VIP experiences, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Create compelling marketing content and ensure consistent luxury brand presentation across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor campaign performance, marketing analytics, and return on investment while providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agency and vendor relationships, and marketing calendars.
  • Collaborate closely with dealership leadership and department managers to support business objectives and customer retention.
  • Attend leadership meetings and support additional dealership initiatives as assigned.
  • Work occasional evenings and weekends to support customer events and promotional activities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium consumer brands.
  • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta platforms, email marketing, website management, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with experience producing high-quality visual and digital content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all departments.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office is an asset.
  • Valid British Columbia Driver's Licence with a good driving record.
