The Retention go-to-market (GTM) team is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support the Retention efforts of our existing customer base across home solution suite of products. You will identify areas of growth and build on our current strengths and help the team get results.Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together
We are looking for a high performing self-starter to join an exciting part of the business! You will be directly responsible for defining strategies and developing business cases to help drive customer retention and take it to the next level. Your contribution will help the team sharpen their efforts across traditional home solutions products such as Internet, TV, Home phone and non-traditional products such as Smarthome security, HSIA over LTE & Wireless Home Phone (WHP) to drive our churn down.
You will work directly with our partners in Customer experience, Mobility, Home solutions acquisition, Home Security and the Multicultural teams to identify key areas of opportunity to improve overall churn performance. You will be responsible for data analysis, planning and reporting, business enablement, scorecard tracking and engagement initiatives with our partners.Here's how
•Lead the analysis of our churn performance and drivers to identify unique areas of improvement
•Prime the development and delivery of Executive and business unit level presentations, lead planning and strategy for quarterly plans
•Focus on priorities, develop strong cross functional partnerships across TELUS to ensure alignment on priorities
•Work with the reporting teams to build out reliable results that the team can utilize in future activities
•Connect with internal partners across the channels to identify key areas of opportunities
•Use results and customer insights to build actionable plans to drive significant results
•Offer thoughts leadership to drive transformation in our business Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Known for your leadership skills, and ability to work with all levels of the organization, you focus on team work, and are recognized as a collaborative teammate with excellent social, negotiation and communication skills
•With a knack for developing strategies based on historical and current data, you review reporting data to analyze strengths and key areas of opportunity and use data to educate and foster decision-making
•Excellent time management and business analysis including quantitative and qualitative analysis
•With a keen eye for business, you are an ambitious self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment and motivated by wanting to craft an extraordinary customer and team experience
